Lyn Marshall is a commercially savvy, highly strategic and thoughtful HR Leader who has tremendous experience in dealing with issues across culturally diverse groups in several leading multinational organizations. Her active involvement, unique ideas and provocation have added enormous value to grow business over last three decades. Lyn is an outstanding People Leader; she brings a massive wealth of experience and great depth in all aspects of Talent Management while creating a winning culture. Lyn managed a number of complex Merger & Acquisitions during last two decades with successful outcome of people and culture integration.
A career spanning over 30 years has provided Lyn with extensive experience working in diverse B2B & B2C industries. Many years spent in fast paced multi-nationals with constantly changing landscapes has enabled Lyn to understand how businesses need to respond quickly and constantly to the dynamic and challenging environments. A major portion of her career Lyn spent in Motorola as HR Director, managing ANZ and APAC regions followed by a tenure of 8 years in DKSH as Senior Director for ANZ region.
With a passion for building rapport, Lyn can quickly build strong collaborative working relationships with stakeholders from all walks in life. Her authentic and pragmatic approach ensures that she can partner with business leaders to address their business priorities, providing advise on how to grow business through long term sustainable solutions to achieve excellence. Lyn holds a Bachelor Degree in Arts with major in Psychology and Sociology, and a Post Graduate Degree in Business Management from Monash University, Australia.
