Arindam Mukherjee is an innovative and result-driven seasoned HR leader focused on achieving exceptional results in highly competitive environments that demand continuous improvement. Being an entrepreneurial visionary he focused on the Digital Revolution and Cloud Computing, attuned to Business Growth and Development.
Arindam is a passionate HR influencer, strategic talent advisor, people transformation lead, tech enthusiast, keynote speaker and most of all, he is an ardent people leader who believes the path to true success is by putting ‘People first’.
Arindam started his career in India with a renowned Japanese MNC Mitsubishi Chemical Corp. and eventually moved to Switzerland for 9 years, worked with IBM Global Consulting, Philip Morris International, Hilti Corp. and DKSH, gathered rich experience from the Europe and Americas before returning to Asia to manage the APAC region based in Singapore. Arindam was the Global Head of HR at DKSH based in Thailand before he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey.
After 25 years of an eventful corporate career Arindam decided to launch his own company with his Associates and Partners where he can craft deliverables based on his values and ethics leading towards a sustainable future! Arindam’s strong people orientation and strategic Business acumen blended with Digital technology know-how become a unique asset for Clients and Partners to re-define Business future.
Arindam holds a Bachelor Degree in Science and Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources from India. He did an Executive Leadership Program on Leadership in an Exponentially Changing World from MIT Sloan School of Management, USA and Oxford Artificial Intelligence Program from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, UK.

Jean F Laugier, an accomplished highly motivated “people centric” French-Australian entrepreneur and C-level advisor within the disrupted Manufacturing, Information Technology and Trading sectors using his over two decades of rich experience. Jean is associated with and playing a vital role in the Leadership ecosystem to support and elevate Talent Intellect to achieve its mission.
Jean brings a wealth of expertise with particular strengths in areas such as Digital Transformation towards Industry 4.0+, related technology (IoT, AI, Digital Twin and DLT) and sustainability tracking through ESG metrics. Jean is the Founder and CEO of his own Lean-to-Digital Advisory and Consultancy Ecosystem incorporated in Singapore, Lean-Hub Asia. He is also the Adjunct Professor – Digital Transformation in Chulalongkorn School of Integrated Innovation, Chulalongkorn University Thailand.
He is passionate about elevating business performance using culturally appropriate best practices in people, process, and technology adoption. Operating globally, he is engaging collaboratively with teams to develop and produce innovative products and services for customers.
Jean brings forward his network, people skills, niche-knowledge and charisma to Talent Intellect. His versatile approach in solving business challenges has been influenced by both his past technical management experience across 5 countries with the Food giant Nestle SA and more recently close interaction with Asia based leadership teams who have been embracing the winds of change faster than elsewhere in the world with tremendous social, economic, and technological growth.

He was a founding member of the Thai Russian Association for Technological & Economic Development, and the Association of Thai Software Industry. He also served as Managing Director to several reputable Thai private companies for over 25 years.
Khun Charn is associated with Talent Intellect and a key member of the Leadership ecosystem to drive the Digital Transformation and Talent Development initiatives within Thailand and abroad. Khun Charn serves as an advisor to foreign investors and businesses houses in Thailand from commercial landscape and Business Intelligence perspective. With extensive management experiences, business and government networks, he supports clients establishing critical linkages, including customer base networking, infrastructure and supply chain networking, access to financial resources, connectivity with government agencies, and government affairs, providing a full functional connectivity and identifying with potential business partners for joint ventures and acquisitions.

Serene Chaw,

Serene Chaw started her career as a financial auditor with Ernst and Young, and later a Mergers and Acquisition specialist with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Serene’s growing passion in developing people led her to a career in Human Resources 15 years ago.
Since then, she has established her career with Hewitt Associates, AmBank, Mondelez and DKSH. Serene specializes in talent management, leadership development and succession, employee engagement, culture, competencies, career management and life-long learning. She is passionate about building leader of leaders, and facilitate personal, team and community transformation.
In her last corporate role, Serene was the Director of Group Talent Development for DKSH Group and led the global talent management practice that spanned across 28 countries. She established the Talent Management function, started the practice of engagement surveys and actions, initiated the career and competencies framework and led the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) project that clarifies DKSH’s brand, amongst others.
