Anita has extensive experiences in HR for the last 30 years. She has worked for a number of Multinational and Thai companies including Minor Group (largest Food and Hospitality company in Thailand), Reckitt Benckiser (UK based Consumer Goods and Healthcare company), Yum Restaurants (American restaurant chain company), DKSH (leading Swiss Market Expansion Service Group), Central Group (leading retail company in Thailand) and Asset World Corporation (leading integrated lifestyle real estate group). In all these companies, Anita has worked closely with the CEO and leadership team in developing company’s HR strategy aligning with business strategy and ensuring company delivers its outstanding results.

- Diploma in Management Studies from Greenwich college, London
- Bachelor degree from Chiangmai University in Humanities

Work Experiences and Areas of Expertise:
- As a HR leader in different companies, she played an important role in supporting business transformation including improving organization efficiency and drive productivity, leading culture change among all business units and departments. She guided and supported the CEO and Executive Team with all people-related business activities. She partnered with CEO in driving succession planning agenda for executive’s level ensuring having top talent in critical positions.
- She has been recognized as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the senior business leaders on people related matters, providing HR based advice, counsel, and decisions that leads to a high-performance organization.
- People development and talent management. She has been leading a number of leadership assessment projects and has been certified as a trainer in leadership development and coaching programs.
